An ambitious GEOBIM approach
IGO supports Habitat76, the Seine-Maritime landlord, in its digital strategy for better management, maintenance and rental.
TERRITOIRE 3D: the department’s collaborative digital model for :
- The development of business applications or maps with a 3D interface and the display of the entire department in 3D, federating all Habitat 76’s assets with all the information on the homes.
- Integrating BIM buildings into the local area to improve access to technical data, contextualize it within the local area and improve decision support.
Habitat 76 innovates with Territoires 3D, developing GEOBIM and pursuing its digital transformation to improve services.
