IGO and GEOFIT have been selected as winners of the “BIM CIM TIM” call for projects initiated by PUCA (Plan Urbanisme Construction Architecture). This program, supported by an interministerial department, aims to advance knowledge on cities and territories, inform public action and encourage experimentation in the fields of development, urban planning, housing, architecture and construction.
What is the ” BIM CIM TIM ” program?
The aim of the “BIM CIM TIM” program is to reference and test construction, requalification and rehabilitation processes using BIM (Building Information Modeling), as well as processes for the planning, programming and management of dense or non-dense territories using CIM (City Information Modeling) and TIM (Territory Information Modeling). The aim is to significantly improve the cost-benefit ratio over the entire lifespan of buildings and urban infrastructures, in order to optimize their design.
Interactive territorial modeling enables the creation of more sustainable and less costly urban projects. By integrating advanced technologies such as BIM, CIM and TIM, industry players can better plan, design and manage urban infrastructures. This contributes to the sustainability of city building and the rehabilitation of existing buildings.
Services offered by IGO
