Singapore designs tomorrow’s city in 3D
Singapore is the world’s smartest city (Juniper Research smart city ranking 2016). This success is based on a strong political will to constantly reflect on the sustainable development of its territory, improving mobility, safety and quality of life.
Digitization of administrative services, optimized mobility, controlled energy consumption, the use of predictive intelligence thanks to Big Data, but also attention to ethnic diversity by neighborhood and even by building… Singapore is today an exceptional laboratory for the possibilities offered by the Smart City. “We tried to combine several things and see things from different angles, because a sustainable city is not just a city that cares about reducing CO2 emissions, but above all a city where life is good,” confides Anil Das, Director of Innovation at the Singaporean government agency JTC (extract from the article ‘sustainable decisions’).
