Aude’s celebration of innovation and citizen initiatives
On September 19, 2023, the Fibres d’Or ceremony spotlighted Aude-based companies who, through innovation and commitment, are shaping a better future for all. Organized by SYADEN, the event awarded 7 prizes, with no fewer than 21 nominees in the running.
This year’s Quibres d’Or showcased seven categories, each rewarding major players in our region:
- The Innovation prize was awarded to PELLENC ;
- PAM SIAE 11 was awarded for Job Creation;
- QAIR received an award for its Sustainable Development project;
- The Transmission prize was awarded to the LA RAQUE school;
- Trenel Reclycl’info 11 was voted Coup de Coeur by the Jury;
- SDIS 11 received the “Aménagement du Territoire” award;
- Bram, Conilhac-Corbières and Villeneuve la Comptal were awarded the new “Dynamisme” prize.
IGO was nominated in the Regional Planning category for its project to create a 3D digital twin of the Aude region, a three-dimensional reproduction of the entire territory.
Philippe BOUR, Managing Director of IGO, commented on the project: ” For us, the Aude region is a shining example. This first digitization initiative was made possible thanks to a partnership with SYADEN, who agreed to access this image bank. We wanted to demonstrate our ability to create a twin on a departmental scale, which is an innovation. ”
Despite a significant step forward in the field of regional planning, IGO unfortunately did not have the privilege of winning the trophy in this category. Nevertheless, the Aude 3D digital twin initiative is a bold step forward, offering new perspectives for the region.
We would like to thank the Syndicat Audois d’Energies et du Numérique (SYADEN) for organizing the 2023 Golden Fibers ceremony, and congratulate all the winners.
