The project

Context

As part of the construction of the Boiseraie park-and-ride facility, the Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence commissioned IGO to create a 3D model of the project, integrated into an existing photomaillage of the area surrounding the parking lot. The integration of a 3D model will not only improve visualization and understanding of the site, but also enable better anticipation of interactions between the infrastructure and its natural environment.

Challenges met by IGO

The 3D data retrieved was not georeferenced, but was effectively integrated and displayed in the model.
